For vegans, the options are the Veggie Teriyaki Bowl, the Curry Tofu Bowl and the Vegetable Deluxe with or without tofu. You can have brown or white rice. Also, you can get steamed broccoli as an extra.
We ordered the Vegetable Deluxe with Tofu and the Curry Tofu. Both were served quickly and had a nice mixture of vegetables and tofu, with a large amount of sauce. We both preferred the curry sauce.
They give you fortune cookies but they are not vegan, so you might as well ask them to not hand them to you. Also, we don't know if it's possible, but it might be good to get the sauce on the side (the way Balance Pan Asian Grille does it) so that you can self-apply it. Finally, both dishes were served in plastic to-go containers (even though we were dining in) and we were given a styrofoam cup for water. We hope in the future that Magic Wok uses more environmentally friendly packaging.
Magic Wok is is a nice option if you're looking for something fast and reasonably priced. And given that it's a local chain, all of the profits stay in the area.
