We like the vibe of this iconic Bowling Green restaurant along with the awesome beer menu (no crap on tap). Although there is nothing specifically vegan on the menu, with a few modifications, several things can be made vegan.
We enjoy the Veggie Madness Burrito (sans sour cream and cheese), though it can be fairly dry without those and so last time we asked for avocado to be added (surcharge, though). The Grilled Portobello Cap (sans cheese and aioli), plantain chips (though ask for a sauce substitution), and the dip trio (ask for 3 salsas) are also good options. Also, they have a variety of salads that can be modified vegan. The same fryer is used for both meat and fries.
Okay, Reverend’s isn’t a great place for vegans but if you’re in Bowling Green and want to check out their great draft list, you can get a good meal here.
